I have been increase my weight last one year. How can reduce my over weight?

Divide your calorie goal by the number of meals (at least three) so that you eat about the same amount of calories at each meal. If meals are more than 500 calories, save some calories for snacks between meals. Make sure you eat at least 1200 calories each day or you will lose muscle.

You also need to exercise.
I found walking /jog works great for me.
I have lost 18 kgs

Stay away from fast food - too many Twinkies, oink, oink ;)
